液壓油水污染在線連續(xù)檢測(cè)傳感器研究

摘要:本研究的目的為在線連續(xù)對(duì)液壓油液中的水分能可靠地檢測(cè),保證及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)水污染并預(yù)警,避免產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重的事故,保證液壓設(shè)備的可靠運(yùn)行,實(shí)現(xiàn)主動(dòng)維護(hù)。采用聚酰亞胺水分子選擇性覆膜,并創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)了連續(xù)曲率雙螺旋電容水污染傳感器,對(duì)基本原理進(jìn)行了數(shù)學(xué)分析建模,并對(duì)新型傳感器產(chǎn)品的組成原理和軟件算法流程進(jìn)行了介紹。通過對(duì)第三方實(shí)驗(yàn)室實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的分析討論及和與客戶的測(cè)試結(jié)果比對(duì),得到了含水率檢測(cè)精度更高的結(jié)果。本傳感器產(chǎn)品已在部隊(duì)及許多液壓行業(yè)應(yīng)用,有效地實(shí)現(xiàn)狀態(tài)監(jiān)控,成為大型設(shè)備主動(dòng)維護(hù)的重要手段并為潤(rùn)滑管理審計(jì)等工作提供可靠的技術(shù)保障。

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to get the solution of in-line hydraulic oil water contamination detection and get the warning in time,and ensure the reliable operation of hydraulic devices and prevent fatal accident. A new type of sensor is designed by building a mathematical model and using capacitance sensor with PI selective film and double spiral lines with continuously curvature. It is proved that it can solve relative impediment which has better repeatability precision as will as better selective precision in complex environment by comparing the results of test conducted by customers and third-party lab. This new type of sensor has already been used in many large–scale industrial and mining enterprises as production, which can be an important method to improve the effect to maintain large equipment initiatively and provide reliable technical guarantee method to lubrication audit.
